Meet the Team
Cristian Colás
Head of Football
Cristian is an enthusiastic and hard-working UEFA Pro Licence football coach who has built up a wealth of experience in two decades of coaching across Europe.
A highly-motivated, forward-thinking and willing ‘team player’ who is passionate about football,
He is fluent in English and Spanish,
and has built up a bank of experienced contacts at every level of football,
He has clear and innovative ideas about coaching in modern football and is meticulous in planning and delivering coaching sessions.
Having experienced coaching at every age group in England, Finland and Spain,
from Academy boys and girls to senior teams.
He is an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and organise teams, skills evidenced in regular roles as a tutor and lecturer in football coaching.
Jeni Scott
Swyndogg Iaith Gymraeg. Welsh Language Officer
Jeni is our welsh language officer and will be responsible for translating and promoting our club to speakers of the welsh language. Jeni is a co-vice chair and Welsh engagement officer of Pride in the Port. She loves everything welsh, and ensuring that our language thrives. She can be seen at festivals and shows chatting about bystander theory with the intersectional charity Safe Gigs for Women 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
Jeni yw ein swyddog yn y Gymraeg ac fydd hi'n gyfrifol am gyfieithu a hyrwyddo ein clwb i siaradwyr Gymraeg. Mae Jeni yn gyd-is-gadeirydd ac yn swyddog ymgysylltu Cymreig Pride yn y Port. Mae hi'n caru popeth Gymreig, a sicrhau bod ein hiaith yn ffynnu. Mae hi i'w gweld mewn gwyliau ac yn dangos sgwrsio am ddamcaniaeth wyliwr gyda'r elusen groestoriadol Gigs Diogel i Fenywod. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️

Laura Lacey (she / her) Is our Player Liaison and Memberships officer.She’s Currently LGBTQIA+ Champion for Newport City CouncilA Proud and vocal ally.She’s a big Newport County Fan and old school mate of Jayne Ludlow MBE 😁
Lauren Daniels

The Newport Centurions Fc are pleased to welcome our new Coach Lauren Daniels who will oversee the teams weekly training.Lauren Is the health and well-being officer for Newport County AFC in the community. She has played football in the Welsh Premier League for the past 5 years and is currently playing for Newport City.We really couldn’t have wished for a better coach and are thrilled to Welcome her to the Centurion family
